Education technology can improve student achievement. Technology can have the greatest impact when integrated into the curriculum to achieve clear, measurable educational objectives. Studies show that when computers are used to apply higher-order thinking concepts in math and when teachers receive sufficient professional development on computers, students gain a one-third grade level increase. When deployed appropriately, technology can change the way students think and learn, and thus, revolutionize education.
