· Universal Availability-Required IRS correspondence regarding each employee's ability to participate in 403(b) plans

· 403(b) Transfers-New IRS guidelines regarding transfers of 403(b) account balances to another 403(b) company

New IRS guidelines have required the attached correspondence. Additional information on 403(b) account balance transfers will be made available as information is received by the District. If you have any questions you may contact the District's third party administrator listed in the attached documents.
